CAMEL EXPERIENCE

School Groups

Bushfield Farm Camels is Australia’s only camel farm within coowee of the national capital city Canberra.

Students will enjoy a fun and interactive experience with us. After a camel ride, students can wander through our camel yards and meet our older camels which are always ready for a cuddle, brush and a selfie.

They’ll meet our Cameleers, hear their stories and learn the history behind some of Australia’s greatest and bravest explorers, pioneers, Afghan cameleers, ANZAC cameleers and Aborigines.

COMING SOON: We will have a new “Australian Cameleers Exhibition”, a colourful and informative display of our Australian Camel history.
